Reishi is adaptogenic meaning it helps our bodies to adapt better to stress response, improves liver function , helps to lessen fatigue, improves sleep, improves nerve and brain function , and is strengthening for lung structure and function. The Reishi mushrooms in my medicines are ethically wildcrafted by myself in the Appalachian Mountains.

+ Suggested Use

  • Take 1-2 spoonfuls daily for immune support.

  • Take 1-2 spoonfuls at the first sign of a cold 1-3X a day until symptoms improve.

  • Use within 6-12 months. Does not need to be refrigerated.
