+ Suggested Use

Add 2 teaspoons of tea blend in 8 ounces of boiling water in a heat safe mug, cover and steep for 10-20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Ingredients: Elderberry & Elderflower (Sambucus spp.), Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus obliquus), Licorice root(Glycyrrhiza glabra), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Rosehips (Rosa canina), Anise (Pimpinella anisum), Chamomile flowers (Chamomila recutita), Cloves, Orange peel.
