+ Suggested Use

Standard Hot Tea Infusion: add 1-2 teaspoons of tea blend in 8 ounces of boiling water in a heat safe mug, cover & steep for 15-20 minutes. strain & enjoy.

Long Infusion: For a more potent detoxifying effect, combine desired amount of tea to a glass jar with boiling water. cover & steep 4 hours or overnight. Sip throughout the day.

Ingredients: Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Yellow dock (Rumex crispus), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), (Rumex crispus), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Rose petals (Rosa spp.).
