The Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma tsugae) also known as the “Mushroom of Immortality”, has so many beautiful benefits in addition to its immune strengthening and adaptogenic properties.
Reishi is adaptogenic meaning it helps our bodies to adapt better to stress response. Reishi is also known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a “Shen” tonic (Shen translates to spirit or mind), that works to nourish and calm the heart space and spirit on an energetic level.
Reishi can also help support:

Our native Reishi species is known as the Hemlock Reishi and grows on dying/dead Hemlock trees. These Reishi mushrooms were locally sourced, ethically wildcrafted, and processed by me in the Appalachian Mountains of NC. These Reishi have been dried in the sun to increase levels of vitamin D.
